April fools!

Happy April Fools Day! Everyone likes to join in to some degree. Some more than others. My kids...so far... are fairly mild pranksters. My middle son likes to make an April Fools dinner & dessert for everyone. Last year it was "cake" & "ice cream" for dinner (pasta cake w/alfredo frosting & cherry tomato "strawberries" on top and mashed potato "ice cream"). And then for dessert we had "hamburgers" & "fries" (nilla wafer buns, chocolate covered cookies for the patty, red & yellow frosting for ketchup & mustard, sliced up pound cake for the fries and a little cup of red frosting ketchup).

My Jake gets so into this... So this year we have it all planned out again. We are having cupcakes and icecream sundaes for dinner and pizza for dessert! We will post pics when we have some!
